Scope of Liability

1. 1. We make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the services or websites operated by the LIFULL Group (including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, usefulness of the content, text, images or other information or results that may be obtained from the use of our services). In the event of any discrepancy between information listed on our services and the actual status of properties, the actual status shall take precedence. In addition, some real estate listings may have already been sold, or the transaction may be terminated.

Users shall use our services and websites we operate upon acknowledging and agreeing that the services or the websites contain contents, products, information or services, etc. listed by advertising providers and other third parties. The Company shall not be liable for any content, products, information, services, etc. (including but not limited to those listed in 2) provided to users by advertisement providers or other third parties in connection with our services or websites. By using our services, users are deemed to have agreed to this.
3. 3. We shall assume no responsibility for third-party websites, even in the case of links from our websites to third-party websites, or links from third-party websites to our websites, etc. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party websites.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by users (including prospective users; the same shall apply hereinafter in this paragraph) in connection with our services or websites regardless of the reason or cause of such damages. However, if the Consumer Contract Act applies to the relationship between us and a user based on these Terms of Use, we shall be liable for ordinary and direct damages excluding lost profits. (However, in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the limitation of the scope of damages shall not apply.)
